The BD Power Super B Special Turbo compressor assembly will flow 80 lbs./min or 1160CFM and when fueled for the designed 600hp will generate a positive boost-to-drive pressure ratio without increasing exhaust temperatures beyond peak operating conditions.

The Super B Special’s Borg Warner rotating assembly features an Extended Tip HIP’d 64.5mm compressor wheel and full floating axial bearings with a 6-pad thrust bearing design for long term durability. BD’s own compressor housing with a 90-degree outlet results in perfect fitment to the stock turbocharger intake connection points.

The dual volute T3 turbine housing is made of ductile High Sil-Moly cast iron that easily handles peak operating exhaust temperatures (EGT’s). Our heavy sprung dual waste gate actuator prevents boost creep while BD’s own Turnbuckle Boost Control allows for ease of adjustment for altitude and extreme tuning.

Excellent for those who want to light up the track, the Super B Special is great for hard working Cummins 6.7L towing or street applications with modified engines.

Kit comes with a BD 2-piece high flow exhaust manifold, a special 4-inch exhaust down pipe and complete “Special EGR” hardware kit.

A performance tuner such as H&S XRT PRO (109005), H&S Mini Max (109003), Smarty (MADS67ME) or Smarty Jr. (MADJ67ME) is required for operation.

It is with a sad heart that I announce that Off Road Race Canada is for sale. I started the site 3 years ago with a vision…a vision of a website that would bring off road racers, fans, promoters and industry people together in one place. I am proud to say that Off Road Race Canada quickly grew to become THE source for Canadian off road motorsports information. The website is an extension of my passion for all forms of off road racing. However, circumstances have changed and I am not able to give Off Road Race Canada the attention that it deserves. I still have the passion for the sport and the website and it honestly breaks my heart to sell the site, but I would rather have someone purchase it and keep it updated instead of me holding onto it and updating once every month or so. Having said that, I am keeping the price low so a regular person can take over with a low investment of only $250. This also includes the Facebook page. According to their Facebook page, the Island Off Road Racing Association has their 2012 schedule all set. All races are held at Woodwards Pit near Port Alberni on Vancouver Island. Events include sand drags, obstacle course and short course racing. There is always lots of action and a great family atmosphere.

Badland MEGALODON Sand Rail plans package includes 195 pages of detailed measured drawings for all fabrication, machining and tube bending information to mechanically construct an entire vehicle from scratch at home using minimal tools. MEGALODON is the first step-by-step sand rail plans in the world to include instructions and fabrication details to install an optional Jeffco Reverse Gear Box with a differential using Porsche 930 CV Joints with chromoly axles, Race Trim billet aluminum wheel hubs and a four wheel Wilwood hydraulic disc brake system.

Plans are delivered in PDF formatted for 8-1/2″ x 11″ size paper, meaning you can easily print at home. PDF’s work great on an iPad using iBooks and also work on a Kindle. The MEGALODON Sand Rail plans are organized in an easy to follow step-by-step format with all dimensions in both inches and millimeters. Drawings include “Parts Lists” with raw materials, purchased parts and fasteners.

We have included forty-five (45) DXF files (generic 2D CAD files) so you can send to a CNC laser cutting shop to have all flat steel plates CNC laser cut and CNC formed. This is a huge time and money saver for you. You save money because the CNC laser cutting shop does not have to create the CAD files, we have already done it for you. Many CNC laser cut parts are designed with self-jigging tabs and slots meaning a jig is not needed in many cases. We have also included four (4) STEP files (generic 3D CAD files) for certain parts to have them CNC machined.

We have included two versions of our all new Modular Rear Suspension System, a Pro Version and an Economy Version. The Pro Version uses a Jeffco Reverse Gear Box with a differential, Radflo coil-over shocks and billet aluminum suspension a-arms.
